ARDX Launches New Nonprofit Organization, ARDX Foundation, Focused on Mental Wellness

By News

Norfolk, VA. January 31, 2017  — Today ARDX, a leading healthcare management and IT consulting firm, officially announces the launch of their 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the ARDX Foundation. In a soft announcement during the ARDX 10 Year Anniversary Celebration held in December, ARDX unveiled the foundation to Associates, partners, and long-term supporters.

“The launch of the ARDX Foundation couldn’t have come at a better time,” states Angela D. Reddix, Founder, CEO, and President of ARDX. “As we celebrate our tenth year in business, we are thrilled to have an official foundation that will continue to be an advocate for improving the mental wellness awareness not only in our local community, but nationwide.”

The mission of the ARDX Foundation is focused on shinning a light on the importance of mental wellness, by being an advocate, a partner, an educator, and a change agent. Collaborating with local organizations and nonprofits, the ARDX Foundation will work to increase awareness of mental wellness and make more resources available for our community to utilize. Additionally, the Foundation will continue to lead the successful community outreach programs that ARDX spearheaded nearly 10 years ago:  the Healthcare Academy (HCA®), the Women’s Wellness Celebration (WWC®), Smart Teens Accepting Responsibility Today (START), and Responsible Individuals Seeking Excellence (RISE).  Each of these programs will play a significant role in making an impact on mental wellness awareness within our community.

“Since its inception, ARDX has been dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of our nation’s most vulnerable populations,” states Penny Sanchez, Executive Director of the ARDX Foundation. “Through the ARDX Foundation, we will continue to make a difference by opening eyes and opening minds regarding mental wellness.  We will do this by providing awareness and partnering with other mental health organizations within our community.”
