Please include which Breakout Session type each individual will be attending, either General Session or Caregiver Support Training Session, as well as denote the two (2) individuals who will be attending the VIP Meet & Greet Reception, with our keynote speaker, Daniel “DMC” McDaniels.
If you do not wish to utilize these complimentary tickets, please select the donation option below, and we’ll ensure your tickets are donated to a student and/or a senior to allow them the opportunity to attend the conference free of charge!
