Dr. Angela D. Reddix is the CEO and Founder of ARDX® and founder of the ARDX Foundation®. After over 15 years in business, Dr. Angela focuses on empowering women to have a balanced life and closing the gender and minority wealth gaps from the cradle to the grave. With this focus and her vision to transform communities of poverty into communities of prosperity, she founded Envision Lead Grow®, a nonprofit designed to empower middle school girls to become thousandaires, and the CEO of U™ that provides entrepreneurial educational programs. In addition, she is a two-time best-selling author, philanthropist, Assistant Professor, and Director of the Hodge Institute of Entrepreneurship at Norfolk State University.
Alisa Reed-Lofton is the Senior Program Manager for the Alzheimer’s Association Southeastern Virginia Chapter where she builds the strategy to engage in underrepresented communities. Alisa holds a BA in Women’s Studies and Human Services Counseling from Old Dominion University and a Master’s in Counseling and Human Services from Regent University. Alisa sits on the Ahead 345 Advisory Council at EVMS and the Hampton University Center for Gerontology Excellence.
Dr. Jones is the Founder/CEO of Silver Care, LLC, a personal care agency in Norfolk, VA. Her reason for starting a business was to take profits from the company to provide financial support for her grandparents, who are both living with dementia. She and her husband have been her grandparents’ primary caretakers for the past five years. Dr. Jones understands the challenges and the altruistic reward of being a caretaker. Her goal is to provide additional support for caretakers and people living with dementia through her dementia consulting services and her non-profit Silver Care Dementia Center, Inc.
