EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The 10th Annual Women’s Wellness Celebration (WWC) draws a diverse audience of more than 200+ attendees including women of all ages, military, mental health advocates, educators, and community leaders.
Whether showcasing a new product or sharing wellness services available in the local area, the WWC provides the perfect platform to expand your organization’s recognition within the community.
Exhibitors can register online. Upon receipt of payment, table space will be assigned.

Electricity and utility connections are not provided with the space, but can be ordered. Food and beverage sales/samples are not allowed in the Exhibitor Expo area. Tents, canopies, or displays exceeding 8ft in length or 6ft in height are not permitted.
EXHIBITOR EXPO LOGISTICS
Move-In: 6:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Exhibit Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Move-Out: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. We do ask exhibitors to refrain from breaking down vendor tables until after 5:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Registration – $100
Nonprofit Exhibitor Registration – $50
Please note, that we will require proof of 501(c)(3) nonprofit status to obtain the Nonprofit Exhibitor Registration cost. Refund Policy: By signing up for this event, you acknowledge all sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
